Cozumel Palace has a wonderful atmosphere with an impressive staff who made our stay memorable. The entertainment crew is particularly engaging, and the dining experience at Bugambilias really shines with authentic flavors. However, some areas, such as the gym and restaurant decor, could use improvement, and the atmosphere can feel casual at dinner time. Overall, great value for a relaxing vacation.

We just returned from an incredible stay at Cozumel Palace and can't stop raving about it! The location is perfect, close to the town, and the rooms are spacious and clean.
